This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with external stakeholders to gather the necessary information and documentation to finalize the review process.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors on procedural matters throughout the review process.
• Utilize sound independent judgment when addressing complex reviews and escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate with and provide assistance to both internal and external teams as required.
• Grasp and convey both internal and external processes and procedures effectively.
• Adhere to the established compliance workflow procedures.
• Efficiently manage the review workload while maintaining effectiveness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold ProAg performance standards for engaging with insured parties, managing daily email correspondence, and conducting business in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with adjusting staff regarding Conflict of Interest (COI), Growing Season Inspections (GSI), and necessary High Dollar Reviews.
• Notify adjusting staff about claims reviews currently in progress.
• Ensure all required review documentation is maintained within the policy processing system.
• Keep a qualified and trained reviewer status.
• Monitor the Compliance Register for review assignments.
• Stay informed about Risk Management Agency (RMA) rules and regulations, ProAg procedures, and Federal Crop Insurance regulations.
• Actively engage in all designated employee education and development programs.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
• A minimum of two years of experience in crop insurance or agriculture-related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with both internal and external teams.
• Advanced organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
