This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and refine monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports utilizing existing source materials.
• Convert input from technical consultants, notes, transcripts, and draft content into well-crafted reports.
• Structure intricate information into clear, engaging narratives and report formats.
• Work in collaboration with technical consultants, committee members, and reviewers throughout the review process.
• Integrate feedback and revisions from reviewers across various draft iterations.
• Produce meeting reports derived from transcripts and recorded discussions.
• Create concise public communications, summaries, memos, and updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, style, terminology, and report structure.
• Participate in virtual meetings as necessary to gather context and enhance reporting efforts.
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of reporting workflows over time.
• Proven experience in writing technical reports, regulatory documents, white papers, government reports, engineering documentation, or similar materials.
• Strong capability to transform complex concepts into clear and accessible language.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, scientists, consultants, or regulatory professionals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple rounds of revisions and stakeholder feedback with ease.
• Preferred familiarity with energy, engineering, environmental, utilities, infrastructure, public policy, or regulatory sectors.
• Experience in reviewing meeting transcripts and synthesizing key findings is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting peer-reviewed or committee-driven publishing processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting environments.
• Proven experience in creating both technical and public-facing communications.
