This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with software engineers and product managers to create documentation for REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architectures.

• Organize and maintain internal technical knowledge bases utilizing Polarion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, ideally focused on producing highly-technical user documentation for advanced engineering clients.

• Proven experience in developing API and SDK documentation for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Practical experience with Polarion is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong written English communication skills are required.

• Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills.

• A keen desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Capability to contribute to the overall structure and design of documentation.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving software development environment.

• Ability to manage a high workload, multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed while working independently.
