Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from initial intake to the acceptance of job offers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into hiring needs, desired candidate profiles, and workforce planning strategies.

• Create sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top cloud consulting professionals across Europe.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Review resumes and conduct preliminary recruiter interviews to assess technical skills, consulting experience, communication abilities, and cultural alignment.

• Facilitate the technical interview process and ensure consistent communication with candidates and interview panels.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers along with comprehensive interview summaries and recommendations.

• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing technical roles.

• Recruit for various positions including:

• - Cloud Engineers

• - Cloud Architects

• - Data Engineers

• - Data Architects

• - Project Managers

• - Sales Roles

• - Technical Delivery and Professional Services positions

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Keep precise records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Lever).

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.

• Stay updated on hiring trends within Google Cloud, cloud consulting, and the European tech industry.

• Advocate for Zencore's employer brand across professional networks and recruiting platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for **Cloud and Data** roles.

• Background in hiring within cloud consulting, professional services, systems integration, or technology consulting firms.

• Strong knowledge of contemporary cloud technologies, including:

• - Google Cloud Platform (preferred)

• - AWS

• - Microsoft Azure

• Experience recruiting for technical fields such as:

• - Cloud Infrastructure

• - Kubernetes

• - DevOps

• - Data Engineering

• - Data Analytics

• - AI/ML

• - Software Engineering

• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leadership.

• Exceptional interviewing, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
