This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment process β from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and closure β for 10β15 simultaneous technical positions.
β’ Design and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each position, whether for a Director-level AI/Analytics role or an entry-level IT position.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders across the organization to establish requirements, agree on evaluation criteria, and manage hiring timelines.
β’ Evaluate candidates and perform initial interviews to determine technical qualifications and cultural fit.
β’ Organize interview processes, including technical assessments and coding challenges, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and interviewers.
β’ Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings across various brands.
β’ Utilize ATS tools and AI-driven workflows to enhance recruiting efficiency and data integrity.
β’ Advocate for CSC Generation's employer brand and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience at every interaction.
β’ Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within a multi-brand or portfolio environment.
β’ Demonstrated capability to recruit across various role types and levels β from entry-level IT/product positions to Director-level AI/Analytics and Engineering leadership β with precise sourcing and evaluation for each.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, facilitating effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, from brand presidents to first-time hiring managers.
β’ Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.
β’ Proficient in ATS platforms and recruiting technologies; eager and quick to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled workflows.
β’ Solid grasp of technical concepts and the ability to swiftly learn specific role requirements and evaluate fit across diverse talent pools.
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing 10β15 concurrent requisitions while sustaining quality and navigating ambiguity.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
