This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Promoting best practices for both customers and internal teams throughout product implementation, while relaying customer feedback to the Product team.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and guiding the integrated account team to achieve customer success.

• Collaborating with the business to assess and ensure integration effectiveness, deliver high-quality service, and maintain customer engagement.

• Recognizing opportunities for service enhancements and potential issues to facilitate ongoing improvements in customer service quality.

• Engaging with internal and external customers and partners to share relevant information and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing position within the information technology sector.

• Some background in managing and successfully delivering technical customer projects.

• Understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies/architectures, along with project management methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers at various levels.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
