Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of intricate client implementations from initiation to conclusion independently.

• Facilitate cross-functional planning initiatives that include gathering requirements, verifying scope, mapping dependencies, and defining milestones.

• Propel project execution by maintaining plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and proactively addressing issues.

• Act as the main point of coordination and execution among clients, partners, and internal project teams.

• Clearly and consistently communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

• Proactively identify obstacles and trade-offs; effectively escalate issues with comprehensive context and recommendations.

• Keep accurate schedules, delivery artifacts, and documentation, including project plans, timelines, risk and decision logs, and retrospectives.

• Appropriately apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on the needs of the client and the project.

• Contribute to excellence in delivery by adhering to established standards and identifying incremental improvements in processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing position within SaaS, preferably in onboarding or solution engineering.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Co-Pilot to enhance project updates.

• Familiarity with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON), FTP, and API.

• Highly organized, capable of swiftly grasping technical concepts, and adept at crafting clear and concise messaging for client audiences.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Experience managing multiple complex client projects at the same time.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client needs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong skills in documentation and process development.

• Experience in delivering software training content.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
