This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Defines, monitors, and adjusts the scope and timelines of projects as needed.
• Schedules, coordinates, and facilitates meetings and working sessions for team members and clients.
• Conducts customer meetings through video and voice calls, encouraging active involvement.
• Serves as an escalation point for project-related issues and initiates solutions.
• Ensures compliance with legal obligations through thorough contract interpretation.
• Leads daily interactions with customers via Teams/Zoom calls and emails.
• Advances projects by collaborating with clients and internal resources effectively.
• Efficiently leverages Delivery teams and their skill sets to prioritize and manage projects.
• Utilizes Keyfactor’s conversation flow and technical terminology for effective communication.
• Oversees the development of processes and procedures to establish scalable standards.
• Assists in defining and monitoring team KPIs.
• Acts and communicates on behalf of the company, making independent decisions while encouraging teammates to do the same.
• Prioritizes customer satisfaction, leading to referenceable accounts.
• Serves as the main contact for about 12-16 complex enterprise projects concurrently.
• Reports and escalates issues to management as necessary.
• Ensures that project data in Salesforce and project management tools is current.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field required; or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies.
• Moderate experience in managing/interacting with third-party resellers, service providers, or partners.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Outstanding ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Advanced skills in risk management and mitigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Capability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and train peers.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams.
• Skill in influencing stakeholders and building consensus.
• Competence in developing and implementing project plans that align with organizational objectives.
