This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee full-cycle implementation projects (typically ranging from 30 to 90 days) from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase and hypercare support.
• Take ownership of and manage 1 to 2 concurrent client implementations based on workload capacity.
• Carry out project scoping, gather requirements, and design solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Configure and deploy CCaaS and UCaaS platforms such as Zoom, Five9, Genesys, Dialpad, or comparable systems.
• Manage the technical setup, including number porting, routing configuration, system provisioning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with the integration and configuration of APIs and connected systems as needed.
• Lead client onboarding sessions, training, and implementation workshops.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, project managers, and support teams, to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate a seamless transition to vendor support or operational teams after the go-live stage.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, onboarding guides, and technical playbooks.
• Identify potential risks during implementation, troubleshoot deployment challenges, and provide real-time solutions.
• Proven experience with CCaaS and/or UCaaS platforms (e.g., Zoom, Genesys, Five9, Dialpad, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of system configuration, telephony setup, and call flow design.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and technical implementation workflows.
• Background in SaaS onboarding, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a systems-thinking approach.
• Capability to manage complex implementation timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues during live implementations.
• Excellent English communication skills (fluency required).
• Confident in leading client-facing calls, workshops, and training sessions.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-functional setting.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate technical work into clear processes.
• Experience in designing or managing backend workflows for operational processes (bonus points).
• Familiarity with automation testing and data extraction from PDFs or other structured documents (bonus points).
• Experience in startup or remote operations environments (bonus points).
