Technical Program Manager, Catalysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the catalysis validation program plan from start to finish: including campaign sequencing, partner SOWs, sample logistics, data ingestion timelines, and tracking milestones.

• Oversee external validation partners, managing contracting schedules and the acceptance of deliverables.

• Facilitate internal transitions between Research Scientists and Computational/ML Scientists.

• Implement the design-test-make-deploy pipeline for this sector.

• Lead discussions on risk, scheduling, and resource trade-offs alongside the Vertical Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience managing applied R&D or scientific validation programs.

• Practical experience in coordinating multi-party experimental validation initiatives.

• Technical proficiency in catalysis, materials science, or chemical engineering.

• Proven history of executing compliance-grade reporting schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is highly preferred.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to government contract stipulations.
