Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements detailed project plans, integrating technical requirements, resource distribution, and timelines to guarantee the timely delivery of technology solutions.

• Conducts bi-weekly demonstrations of completed work with the internal team and performs stakeholder reviews with each release.

• Identifies and mitigates risks, proactively addressing potential obstacles and executing contingency plans to sustain project and program momentum.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product/design, QA, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

• Applies advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Promotes the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, steering complex technology projects and programs within a large organization.

• High level of expertise in JIRA.

• Serves as a Scrum Master, leading daily standups and sprint retrospectives, along with other necessary processes and ceremonies.

• Experience in delivering web/mobile applications, including eCommerce.

• Advanced proficiency in stakeholder management, capable of establishing productive working relationships and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.

• Extensive experience in leveraging technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships, to enable on-demand access to shared service pools.

• Proven history of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a dynamic, agile environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to decompose business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
