This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Enhance the structure of the portfolio/program to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality delivery of Technology outcomes across Transition projects worldwide, incorporating standardized work intake, resource allocation, and portfolio-level governance and reporting.
• Hold overall responsibility for the delivery of technical program and project management. Serve as a key internal and external escalation point for problem-solving and conflict resolution, acting as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders.
• Guide a team of technology program and project managers (within a matrix environment, with some direct reports and others on a dotted line) to fulfill the technology-related scope for the client in accordance with Work Dynamics' contractual commitments for onboarding new clients.
• Ensure rigor and consistency in project management documentation, delivery, and communication. Supervise the team to guarantee high-quality program and project management outcomes, including a comprehensive project framework, detailed project plans, thorough meeting minutes, status updates, proactive risk management, and scope management.
• Actively manage expectations of executive stakeholders; communicate effectively and influence senior stakeholders both informally and formally through portfolio governance. This includes internal WD leadership, Account Directors, WD Transition Leads, and the Sales/Solutions team, as well as InfoSec.
• Assist in the creation of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure that tools and processes are perpetually evolving. Key immediate focus areas include:
• Developing models for collaboration across teams to enhance partnerships for seamless customer delivery.
• Streamlining InfoSec processes in collaboration with the IT Security team and WD Transition Lead(s) to expedite security-related deliverables.
• Defining and implementing improved hand-off plans from Sales to Delivery and from Delivery to Operations.
• Operationalizing the account management model post-transition.
• Standardizing approaches and communication points to establish customer expectations regarding BI delivery (scope and timing).
• Enhancing the resourcing model to accommodate the growing complexity of transitions.
• Building strong business relationships with key stakeholders by adopting a consultative approach and sharing insights on best practices and market trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of experience in program and project management is necessary. PMP certification is preferred, and Agile experience (CSM certification) is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of corporate real estate, including understanding intersections and dependencies, is essential.
• Experience with IWMS or other Corporate Real Estate technologies is strongly preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of CRE data and its applications for customers is required.
• Familiarity with technology integrations is a plus.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment is critical.
• Willingness to work across global time zones as needed.
• Strong consultative skills along with excellent organizational abilities are required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to effectively engage with global stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and situational leadership capabilities in managing people and projects are necessary.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering excellence consistently.
• Experience in large global organizations with complex technical landscapes, as well as in dealing with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendors.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams.
