This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement content strategies across various platforms, including websites, blogs, whitepapers, solution briefs, datasheets, demo videos, case studies, and technical deep dives.
• Oversee end-to-end sales enablement, creating pitch decks, battlecards, competitive intelligence, discovery guides, ROI calculators, objection-handling playbooks, and training for representatives.
• Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, and the overall company narrative, ensuring that every product and platform story aligns with a cohesive value proposition.
• Manage website messaging and information architecture for all product pages, ensuring that differentiators are clear, specific, and compelling.
• Coordinate internal and external communications regarding product messaging, guaranteeing that every employee—from SDR to CEO—conveys the same engaging narrative.
• Lead initiatives to improve win rates, including conducting win/loss analyses, message testing, and enforcing messaging discipline throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure post-sale messaging continuity by collaborating with Customer Success to deliver the promised value during onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal stages.
• Organize technical webinars, live demonstrations, and thought-leadership events that captivate technical audiences and foster community engagement.
• Conduct competitive intelligence through extensive tracking of competitors, crafting "why us vs. them" narratives that the sales team can present with confidence.
• Manage product launches by owning go-to-market strategies, coordinating cross-functional launches, establishing tiering, messaging, and measuring post-launch performance.
• Support analyst and influencer relations by briefing analysts and contributing to reports such as Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave evaluations.
• Conduct customer and market research, including persona development, buyer journey mapping, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance to provide input on pricing and packaging.
• Engage in technical evangelism through conference presentations, podcasts, developer communities, and social media channels.
• Measure and report on content performance, enablement adoption, pipeline influence, and messaging effectiveness.
• A minimum of 5 years in technical product marketing, product management, or developer relations, preferably within B2B SaaS or infrastructure/platform companies.
• A solid technical foundation (CS degree, engineering experience, or equivalent practical knowledge) — able to engage effectively with engineers and architects.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio.
• Proven capability to convert intricate technical concepts into clear, differentiated, and customer-focused messaging.
• A history of delivering measurable enhancements in win rates, pipeline conversion, or sales productivity.
• Comfortable with public speaking, including hosting webinars, delivering keynotes, and recording demos.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence Product, Sales, and Engineering teams without formal authority.
• A proactive approach, sharp prioritization skills, and a builder's mindset.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in marketing to developers, data engineers, security teams, or platform engineering audiences.
