This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Define and advocate for the product vision of the QVAC SDK.
• Take ownership of the roadmap encompassing SDK capabilities, APIs, developer workflows, integrations, documentation, examples, templates, and tools.
• Curate the comprehensive developer experience, starting from initial installation to production integration.
• Convert product objectives into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Utilize coding skills to investigate SDK workflows, create proof-of-concept integrations, test APIs, and develop credible technical prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads to make well-informed product choices.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of developer tools, AI infrastructure, Local AI, edge computing, and enterprise AI markets.
• Prioritize SDK functionalities based on developer interest and quantifiable business impact.
• Partner with engineering to guarantee high-quality documentation and technical content.
• Create and manage SDK launch strategies in collaboration with marketing, developer relations, ecosystem, and business teams.
• Establish and monitor SDK success metrics.
• Effectively communicate with executives, engineers, partners, enterprise customers, and developers.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering, developer tools, platforms, SDKs, APIs, AI infrastructure, or a related field.
• Strong background in software development with hands-on coding skills.
• Familiarity with Local AI frameworks or runtimes such as llama.cpp, TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, ONNX Runtime, MLX, WebGPU, WebNN, or similar technologies.
• Experience in building, managing, or launching products aimed at developers, including SDKs, APIs, CLIs, frameworks, platforms, infrastructure tools, AI tools, or technical integrations.
• Solid understanding of developer experience principles.
• Technical knowledge of AI/ML systems.
• Capability to translate market demands and developer insights into clear product specifications.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on intricate technical products.
• Proficient in creating mockups, wireframes, prototypes, technical diagrams, sample workflows, or code-based proofs of concept.
• Strong grasp of consumer and enterprise software markets.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering technical products with measurable adoption rates.
• Knowledge of agile development, product analytics, developer research, competitive analysis, and technical documentation practices.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
