Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership and management of the complete product roadmap.

• Supervise priorities from the initial concept stage to final delivery.

• Align product development initiatives with client requirements and business goals.

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders.

• Establish long-term client relationships centered on achieving outcomes.

• Enhance processes using data, feedback, and insights.

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of workflows.

• Collaborate closely with development and consultancy teams.

• Contribute to architectural and technical decision-making processes.

• Lead and develop a team of consultants and specialists.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and team discussions.

• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into precise technical outputs.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with growth strategies.

• Assume responsibility for delivery across product and custom development.

• Proven experience in product management in SaaS, professional services, or managed services.

• Strong knowledge of financial services or accounting environments.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a well-structured and organized manner.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development.
