Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the product strategy and implementation for essential communications capabilities.

• Identify and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee project timelines, manage risks, and spearhead go-to-market launch strategies.

• Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams.

• Make pivotal technology decisions and shape the long-term vision.

• Define, evaluate, and present key success metrics.

• Keep comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation.

• Advocate for platform stability; initiate projects to address technical debt, reliability, and maintainability.

• Possess the ability to coach and mentor junior product managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a product management or product engineering capacity.

• Proven success in an agile work environment.

• Strong intellectual curiosity.

• Exceptional organizational, quantitative analytical, and project management abilities.

• Experience in delivering high-quality technology products within a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Capable of strategic thinking and translating long-term vision into achievable deliverables.

• Define, analyze, and report on various product metrics.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and Aha! is a plus.

• Mid-level technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
