Technical Product Associate – Lifecycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data.

• Gain insights into the systems that facilitate customer and patient journeys.

• Manage data accessibility and resolve integration issues.

• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between zero to three years of experience in Product, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Marketing Technology, or a similar technical domain.

• A strong interest in honing product management abilities.

• Capability to quickly learn new platforms and comprehend system configurations.

• Proficiency in reading API documentation and testing requests using tools such as Postman.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Customer.io or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms.
