This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Assist and gradually assume responsibility for product demonstrations aimed at prospective and existing clients within capital markets organizations.
• Acquire knowledge of clients’ trading environments, workflows, technical frameworks, and integration challenges to effectively position Esprow’s solutions.
• Facilitate technical presentations, workshops, webinars, onboarding sessions, and training activities for clients.
• Articulate complex protocol-level and trading-system concepts clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate extensively with Sales teams throughout enterprise sales cycles, proof-of-concept initiatives, product evaluations, and technical conversations.
• Aid client evaluation and onboarding processes by guiding clients on how Esprow’s solutions integrate with their infrastructure and operational workflows.
• Sustain and continually enhance demonstration environments, test scenarios, datasets, and accompanying presentation materials.
• Engage with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to relay feedback from client discussions and assist in enhancing product usability and technical positioning.
• Participate in technical marketing efforts such as webinars, presentations, technical articles, conference attendance, and educational materials as needed.
• Support the creation of technical documentation, product communications, and client-specific solution content.
• Stay informed on advancements in software technology, APIs, testing methodologies, financial messaging, and capital markets infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology, enterprise software, and technical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with software development basics, APIs, networking principles, or distributed systems.
• High technical aptitude with the capability to comprehend and learn complex enterprise software architectures and workflows.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to explain intricate technical subjects in a structured and comprehensible way.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a distributed international team environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving schedules and client needs.
• Comfortable interacting directly with prominent financial institutions and technical stakeholders.
• A keen interest in financial technology, trading systems, APIs, or capital markets is highly preferred.
