Technical PM, Developer Background

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams for a luxury e-commerce organization.

• Integrate business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and active software development.

• Partner with merchandising, operations, finance, marketing, and customer experience teams to convert needs into explicit requirements and solutions.

• Develop internal applications utilizing AI tools and prototype LLM/automation solutions.

• Assist in transitioning successful concepts into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a client-facing technical position, including roles such as Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, Product Engineering, or similar.

• Practical software development experience.

• Significant experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements gathering.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

• Capability to convert ambiguous business challenges into technical requirements and actionable engineering tasks.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts, limitations, and trade-offs to non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency required.
