This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex code
• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software products
• Engage in the complete software development life cycle
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on various projects
• Create applications and enhance product specifications
• Coordinate with team leaders, internal stakeholders, and clients to evaluate technical and operational requirements
• Assess requirements and aid in design and development aligned with chosen architectures
• Engineer reliable, secure, straightforward, efficient, and maintainable solutions
• Estimate design scope and take part in design review meetings
• Execute programming tasks to achieve design goals
• Carry out unit and system-level testing
• Assist in planning product tests, documentation, and resolving issues
• Review code on pull requests
• Engage in self-directed projects and research for Team Sprint
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional organizations
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in computer science or a related technical field
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming techniques and languages such as C#, C++, or Java
• Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and C# or comparable languages like Java or C++
• Familiarity with database systems such as SQL and/or ORM tools
• Experience in web programming with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and single-page applications like React or Angular
• Background in WPF or other client application development
• Experience in unit testing and/or functional testing for C# and/or React
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
• Experience in integrating AI tools within the software development life cycle
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud service providers like AWS or Google
• Familiarity with containers, container orchestration, or microservices including Docker or Kubernetes
• Understanding of design patterns and concepts such as MVVM and inversion of control
• Knowledge of how to leverage LLMs in application features
• Skills in technical writing and design documentation
