This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Deliver technical guidance to new partners throughout the product implementation phase to ensure compliance with certification standards.
• Oversee the support and development of a portfolio comprising top travel retailers.
• Identify and implement growth strategies of both technical and commercial aspects.
• Design and execute operational processes and tools aimed at automation.
• Foster relationships to boost engagement with our product, steering development for our key offerings and enhancing loyalty to our brand.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a rapidly growing organization.
• Expertise in coordinating and leading projects across product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance departments.
• Familiarity with APIs and Postman.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders through effective communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage.
