This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Act as a technical liaison and support our customer service teams.
• Engage in the onboarding process.
• Conduct quarterly health assessments and business evaluations.
• Participate in the TAM on-call rotation to assist with customer inquiries and case escalations.
• Raise customer concerns to management when necessary.
• Utilize internal technical knowledge to deliver effective solutions to customer challenges.
• Manage renewal risks and work alongside sales teams to address and ensure successful product renewals and upsells.
• Facilitate support cases to guarantee timely resolution of issues.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise web technologies, security, and advanced infrastructures.
• Outstanding customer service abilities and capacity to quickly build technical trust with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
