Technical Partnerships Manager – Italy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical guidance to new partners during the product implementation process to ensure compliance with certification standards.

• Oversee the support and expansion of a portfolio consisting of prominent travel retailers.

• Identify and implement growth strategies of both technical and commercial nature, in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.

• Design and execute operational processes and tools aimed at automation.

• Foster relationships to improve engagement with our product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced growth company.

• Strong skills in coordinating and leading projects involving product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance teams.

• Familiarity with APIs and Postman.

• Proven experience in managing stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of any additional European language is advantageous.
