Technical Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance to new partners during the implementation of products to ensure compliance with certification standards.

• Oversee the support and development of a portfolio consisting of leading travel retailers.

• Identify and execute growth strategies of both technical and commercial nature, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Design and implement operational processes and tools aimed at achieving automation.

• Foster relationships to improve engagement with our product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Expertise in coordinating and leading projects across product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance teams.

• Familiarity with APIs and Postman.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of any additional European language is advantageous.
