Technical Operator – Managed Hosting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of intricate customer projects utilizing a Kubernetes platform.

• Track performance and stability indicators while pinpointing areas for improvement.

• Create processes for monitoring and alert notifications.

• Conduct debugging and root-cause analysis for various projects.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Engage in on-call duties and incident response tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with popular CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress, TYPO3, Magento, Shopware, or equivalent).

• Practical experience with Kubernetes (more than just a trendy term).

• Strong grasp of contemporary web architectures.

• Skilled in log analysis and debugging processes.

• Demonstrated proactivity, professionalism, and effective communication skills when engaging with stakeholders.

• Ability to approach problem-solving with independence and structure.
