Technical Operations, AI Workflow Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and similar platforms to implement minor UI adjustments and workflow enhancements.

• Execute structured prompting workflows and assess implementation results.

• Oversee technical task follow-ups across various active software projects.

• Independently troubleshoot minor implementation challenges.

• Assist in developing scalable internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency and execution speed.

• Manage ongoing communication via Slack, WhatsApp, email, and project management tools.

• Prepare project updates and convey timelines, obstacles, and implementation progress effectively.

• Proactively follow up with clients regarding deliverables and execution updates.

• Serve as a dependable communication lead across multiple active client accounts.

• Promptly escalate risks, obstacles, and changing priorities in a clear manner.

• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and execution progress across multiple concurrent projects.

• Maintain visibility and accountability within founder and client workflows.

• Coordinate tasks using tools such as Linear or similar project management systems.

• Assist in prioritization and execution planning in a dynamic startup environment.

• Help to structure evolving workflows into repeatable operational systems.

• Provide support to founders with operational coordination and execution-intensive tasks.

• Assist in documenting simple SOPs, workflows, and execution processes.

• Contribute to future scaling efforts and operational enhancements.

• Adapt swiftly as responsibilities evolve over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, product operations, startup support, technical client services, or similar execution-focused environments.

• Strong familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT workflows, and other AI-assisted operational systems.

• Comfort working within software development environments, technical workflows, lightweight implementation tasks, and modern product tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, coordinate deliverables, and maintain execution visibility across fast-paced projects.

• Excellent written communication and proactive stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to convey information clearly to clients, founders, and technical collaborators.

• Strong bias towards action with the ability to independently execute, troubleshoot, and follow through without ongoing direction.

• Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing startup environments with shifting priorities and workflows.
