Technical Lead – Strategy & Leadership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Establish the technical strategy and long-term vision for initiatives utilizing the Skadina platform.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to development teams, encouraging innovation and adherence to best practices.

• Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.

• Promote the implementation of Skadina across various teams and advocate for a scalable architecture.

• Manage technical risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Work closely with stakeholders and architects to direct intricate solution designs.

• Ensure effective utilization of the platform to achieve goals related to scalability, security, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture.

• Demonstrated experience with the Skadina platform.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven history of guiding technical teams.

• Excellent skills in communication and strategic planning.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
