Technical Lead Software Developer, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conducting requirements analysis, system design, .NET development, database development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and providing technical support.

• Carrying out code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborating both independently and closely with team members.

• Delivering clear instructions to team members and assisting in managing the daily operations flow.

• Regularly communicating with clients.

• Offering technical leadership to the team by mentoring, coaching, and leading by example.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering.

• Over 7 years of experience in development.

• Proficient in .NET and ASP.NET Core.

• Skilled in MongoDB and/or Azure SQL.

• Experience with Azure Cloud, including various SaaS offerings (Service Bus, Blob, Redis, etc.).

• Familiarity with bug-tracking systems.

• A pragmatic approach to balancing processes with flexibility to achieve objectives.

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage, structure work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Nice to have: Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Comprehensive understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in scalable systems.

• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.
