This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate directly with clients to convert their business challenges into effective solutions utilizing SAP technologies.
• Offer expertise and services in SAP development and integration for the design and implementation of tailored SAP solutions.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Influence projects, vendors, and/or system integrators to ensure alignment with established methods and delivery standards.
• Engage in large-scale SAP client projects.
• Consistently deliver high-quality client services, ensuring work products meet quality expectations within specified timeframes and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about developments and anticipated results.
• Stay updated on current business and industry trends pertinent to the client's operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience working with SAP technologies, leading Development, Integration, and Basis teams, including a minimum of 3 S/4 HANA implementations.
• Proven experience in a technical architecture role on at least one project, managing end-to-end SAP technology areas such as Development, Integration, Basis, Security, Cloud ALM, Signavio, and Infrastructure.
• Expertise in SAP Solutions Architecture with a focus on ABAP integration designs across comprehensive technical landscapes.
• Proficient in SAP ABAP with experience in all RICEFW object types.
• Preferred experience in SAP Fiori development and extensions using Business Application Studio.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration, particularly in BTP, along with experience in API strategies and middleware solutions.
• SAP Basis expertise to facilitate discussions regarding software or hardware infrastructure requirements.
• Mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall/Agile) and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
