Technical Lead, Quickbase

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design and development of scalable Quickbase solutions, converting business requirements into well-organized applications, workflows, integrations, and data models.

• Act as the principal developer on design projects and Ongoing Development Plan engagements, steering development efforts, deconstructing solution designs into actionable tasks, and ensuring compliance with architectural and development standards.

• Enhance application performance, usability, and maintainability through effective system design, data modeling, and ongoing improvement of delivered solutions.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to grasp business challenges, articulate technical concepts clearly, and influence platform decisions that balance speed, cost, scalability, and long-term value.

• Work closely with project managers to uphold scope discipline, adhere to delivery timelines, and achieve successful project outcomes.

• Discover opportunities to expand or improve Quickbase solutions that enhance client operations and increase platform adoption.

• Implement and advocate for VeilSun development standards, governance practices, and reusable solution patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

• Mentor developers and provide technical direction that enhances team capabilities and fosters structured problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development.

• More than 5 years of Quickbase development experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in designing Quickbase applications, including workflows, data models, and automation.

• Strong grasp of process-driven applications and system design.

• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with additional low-code platforms such as Mendix, Power Apps, OutSystems, or Appian is advantageous.

• Capability to mentor developers and oversee technical delivery on projects.

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
