This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes in collaboration with the system architect and development team.
• Create, test, and troubleshoot high-quality back-end and front-end code.
• Ensure smooth product functionality by resolving customer issues and maintaining system reliability.
• Continuously assess and enhance development processes to improve team productivity and quality.
• Promote the use of innovative tools, standards, and best practices within software development.
• Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure technical vision aligns with business objectives.
• Conduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and facilitate onboarding and professional development.
• A minimum of 6 years of software development experience with full-stack proficiency in .NET and Angular.
• At least 1 year in a technical lead or team lead capacity, successfully guiding teams.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming with effective application of KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles.
• Proficient in C# and contemporary .NET runtime environments (.NET 6+), including ASP.NET MVC, Core, and Web API development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, and Helm for orchestration.
• Extensive knowledge of Angular 15+ with the ability to create new components and optimize existing ones in a monorepo using RXJS and pipeline operators.
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM manipulation, CSS/SASS, and UI styling according to design specifications.
• Experience with Git and SVN, managing workflows that include branching, merging, and rebasing.
• Strong background in unit testing, including NUnit, mocking frameworks, and API testing with Postman.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, in both spoken and written forms.
