Technical Lead – Fullstack, .Net, ReactJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction and implementation for the entire team within the established architecture at all stages, from conceptualization to deployment.

• Assess trade-offs among correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of optimal solutions, prioritizing client success.

• Develop and manage the team's technical documentation and repository practices, including tasks such as branch creation, pull requests, merges, and more.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to oversee architecture and dependencies that impact product strategy and direction.

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and resolving complex bugs with an emphasis on security, performance, and reliability.

• Actively engage in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or project teams, fostering the growth of technical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of **8+ years of experience/expertise** as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in the required technologies.

• **React**

• **.Net Core (C#)**

• High proficiency in English is necessary to communicate effectively with a globally-distributed development team.

• Experience in leading Agile software development methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge in **ReactJS** and modern frontend workflows, with proficiency in styling and layout using advanced CSS.

• Experience in designing architecture and developing high-performance, secure, and scalable backend services and web APIs using **.NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#)**.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable code across the entire stack (ReactJS, C#, SQL Server, and advanced CSS).

• Implement strict quality standards by designing and **writing comprehensive test cases** to guarantee structural and functional integrity.

• Solid working experience with **SQL Server, modeling, and Stored Procedures**.

• Practical experience with **Azure cloud infrastructure**, developing Cloud Native applications, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

• Define the technical direction and coordinate implementation strategies across development teams to ensure alignment with overall product objectives.

• Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-level systems using .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure.

• Proven experience in adapting high-level architecture to meet project and client requirements.

• Ability to verify and validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the immediate team.

• Experience in the medical field is a plus.

• Proven initiative in mentoring other engineers and guiding decision-makers throughout the organization.

• Strong understanding of architectural styles and design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP standards.
