Technical Lead - AI, MLOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the development and implementation of AI solutions, emphasizing scalability, governance, and the industrialization of models.

• Serve as the technical authority for AI and MLOps, guiding the creation, deployment, and enhancement of models in a production environment.

• Establish the architecture and standards for the AI and MLOps pipeline.

• Create and operationalize both predictive and generative models.

• Design ML/LLMOps pipelines that encompass training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Execute CI/CD, version control, and model monitoring practices.

• Maintain governance, traceability, and quality assurance.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with AI / Machine Learning in a production setting.

• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment processes.

• Strong foundational skills in Python and data engineering.

• Experience with cloud architectures such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG) is preferred.

• Experience with Databricks and MLflow is preferred.

• Background in structuring ML pipelines is preferred.
