This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Collaborate across various departments including Account Executives on the West Coast, Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.

• Spearhead software implementations and ensure prompt, quantifiable customer value realization.

• Serve as the main point of contact for key strategic accounts.

• Oversee senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera teams, including AI, Academy, and Technical Experts.

• Develop and nurture long-term enterprise relationships, enhancing adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach.

• Over 10 years of experience in the engineering field, encompassing enterprise account management, technical consulting, and account expansion.

• Strong knowledge of CAx tools and their applications across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods.

• Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Highly analytical, capable of interpreting customer metrics and proactively addressing churn risks.

• A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a proven history of driving quantifiable account growth.
