This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of the technical relationship and long-term success for a selection of strategic accounts.
• Facilitate architecture assessments and design consultations to comprehend each customer's deployment.
• Enhance product usage by pinpointing capability gaps between customers' developments and the platform's offerings.
• Act as the coordinator for the entire LiveKit team supporting each account.
• Represent the customer's perspective within LiveKit, converting field insights into product recommendations.
• Conduct executive business reviews that link platform performance to business results.
• Engage with customers on-site during major launches and executive assessments.
• Identify early signs of expansion and smoothly transition them to the sales team.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager (TAM), Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or a senior engineering position with substantial customer interaction.
• Proven experience as the reliable technical representative for engineering clients.
• Proficient in developer-platform concepts such as APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and deployment methodologies.
• Knowledgeable about real-time, distributed, or developer-platform systems.
• Comfortable managing a portfolio with a proactive approach to monitoring customer health.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with engineers and executives alike.
