Technical Investment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support for branch adjustments and renovation projects: Assisting in projects to adapt new and existing branches to PEPCO standards while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

• Acquisition and review of premises: Taking over new rental spaces, assessing agreed landlord services, and identifying necessary construction, repair, and maintenance measures.

• Management of construction projects: Coordinating and supervising external contractors while ensuring the professional, timely, and high-quality execution of all measures.

• Investment planning: Planning and organizing future investments and technical adjustments at branch locations, taking into account lease agreements and company standards.

• Collaboration with stakeholders: Closely coordinating with landlords, contractors, and internal departments to ensure the technical operational readiness and functionality of the branches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical education with a solid understanding of construction processes, building law, and technical standards.

• Several years of experience in a similar position, for example, in construction project management or technical property management.

• High degree of initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make pragmatic decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in retail, ideally in textiles, discount, or a comparable branch structure, is an advantage.

• Very good German language skills and good English skills for collaboration in an international environment.

• Class B driver's license and willingness to undertake regular business trips and site visits within Germany.
