This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Technical Implementations Analyst (TIA) will be involved in the implementation of new client Managed Service Provider (MSP) projects, taking responsibility for various aspects of the process and technology workflow.
• The TIA is tasked with organizing and executing process and technical activities essential for achieving implementation goals, which includes coordinating internal tasks via a project plan and ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of all activities.
• In this capacity, the TIA will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, all departments, and clients, acting as a facilitator, planner, data analyst, and problem solver as required. The TIA will handle multiple implementations of medium to large scale independently and with minimal supervision. Strong skills in managing complex relationships, resolving conflicts, and problem-solving are necessary.
• Proven experience in implementing, administering, and configuring third-party VMS systems such as VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, and IQN.
• Experience with handling extensive data sets.
• Technical knowledge related to web-based systems and experience in the VMS or Staffing Industry.
• Background in configuring, testing, and providing solutions for large, complex, multi-country MSP implementations using various VMS technologies.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt, adhere to tight deadlines, and independently organize and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness and availability to travel to client locations for face-to-face meetings, interacting with individuals at all organizational levels, including executive management.
• Capacity to remain composed, address practical issues, and effectively manage diverse and changing situations under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask.
• Expert knowledge of MS Applications including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet and other project management collaboration tools.
• Experience conducting web-based meetings using platforms like MS Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom.
