Technical Implementation Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Executes daily application support responsibilities with moderate oversight.

• Offers professional insights for complex application support tasks and projects.

• Acts as the initial point of contact for the technical configuration of designated products.

• Oversees and navigates through implementation project plans for assigned projects, collaborating closely with the Implementation Project Manager.

• Manages the workflow for transitioning a new customer project from the stage of ‘data received and loaded’ to ‘go live’ by:

• Analyzing software outputs to verify results.

• Comprehending customer workflows and ensuring our software is accurately configured for those processes.

• Incorporating necessary master data into our database to support the aforementioned tasks.

• Training primary users on how to validate data as part of the implementation process.

• Collaborating with support teams to troubleshoot, identify root causes, resolve, or escalate issues as required.

• Conducting routine configurations and application modifications to align with client workflows using established guidelines.

• Addressing client concerns related to network, security, performance, databases, or other issues.

• Logging time and meticulously tracking changes in implementation project status.

• Executing data mapping from the client's systems.

• Leading the development of team procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and establish new standards of interoperability.

• Configuring and maintaining HL7 interfaces with client partners.

• Configuring and maintaining FHIR connections with client partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 1 year of experience in a client-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in configuring HL7 interfaces and/or FHIR API integration.

• Fundamental understanding of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation.

• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to foster positive working relationships.
