This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Deliver mobile technical expertise to Audi dealerships.
β’ Recognize, assess, and report the underlying causes of quality issues in vehicles.
β’ Support dealers in facilitating effective repairs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
β’ Oversee and engage in technical customer cases.
β’ Communicate quality concerns to the Product Support Team.
β’ Lead technical update meetings with dealer service staff.
β’ 5-7 years of experience within the automotive sector.
β’ Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or a related degree or certification.
β’ Automotive High Voltage certification/training required.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Science with a focus on a technical field or equivalent degree or certification (ASE A1-A8 + L1).
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities.
β’ Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
β’ Experience in process development and adherence.
β’ Customer-oriented with a focus on service, support, and overall experience.
