Technical Engineering Advisor, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular Design for Manufacturing (DFM) evaluations for premium customer orders.

• Assess and facilitate the enhancement of part designs to ensure they are manufacturable.

• Engage in customer interactions via phone and video calls to address design and production concerns.

• Maintain written correspondence with customers for troubleshooting and technical clarifications.

• Collaborate with partners and suppliers (through written, phone, and video communication) to tackle manufacturability issues.

• Offer expertise in managing complaints (excluding official RMA cases).

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of manufacturing and engineering processes.

• Guarantee prompt and clear resolution of technical production challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal fabrication.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal fabrication).

• Proven experience with technical drawings and design-related problem-solving.

• Proficient and professional in English.

• Proficient and professional in German.
