This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) assessments
• Evaluate 2D drawings and 3D models to verify adherence to technical specifications
• Oversee product development and the initiation of production processes
• Serve as a link between clients and supplier organizations
• Execute engineering modifications within production systems (change management)
• Perform and document production risk assessments, including remedial action plans
• Guarantee the timely achievement of critical production milestones
• Foster ongoing enhancement of manufacturing operations
• Profound understanding of GD&T along with inspection and QA methodologies
• Proficient in using 2D/3D CAD software
• Capable of identifying DFM challenges from CAD models and technical drawings
• Familiarity with CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and/or 3D printing (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting
• 1–2 years of practical experience with manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus
