Technical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Handling customer support inquiries at the second level.

• Independent remote management of customer systems, taking significant responsibility for error identification and resolution.

• Development and execution of optimization strategies.

• Conducting system updates in collaboration with our clients (across various technologies, including our proprietary hospital information system, Orbis®).

• Facilitating customer training sessions online.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess qualifications as an IT specialist or a degree in a technical discipline.

• Additionally, you have a solid understanding of some of the following areas (or a strong desire to learn): Unix, Windows, Oracle, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, and cluster technologies.

• You are characterized by a high degree of reliability and a confident approach to customer interactions.

• You consistently demonstrate a customer- and service-oriented mindset.

• Your work style is independent and focused on achieving goals.

• Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and resilience are among your key competencies.

• You are open to assuming occasional on-call responsibilities in a 24/7 hotline environment.

• Proficient in both German and English, with very good language skills.
