This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Manage team operations and database support for the JREDD Asset Services platform.
• Design and maintain metric-driven dashboards and reporting systems.
• Supervise the development, implementation, and configuration of Asset Services databases.
• Offer subject matter expertise for database and application-related issues.
• Create and distribute training materials while coaching end-users on database functionalities and best practices.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for collected data and provide feedback to frontline personnel.
• Manage the operations of the Data Analytics team and develop databases that support program implementations, value demonstration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic asset management directions and showcase program value.
• Develop use cases and establish a use case library within Knowledge Management.
• Assist in new business development and explore client growth opportunities.
• Propel the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Asset Services solutions.
• Set the strategic direction for Asset Services data requirements and objectives.
• Anticipate challenges and lead the resolution process.
• Create and implement visual reporting mechanisms for reliability initiatives.
• Identify standardized metrics for reliability and asset management initiatives.
• Provide system training and create end-user documentation.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and assist in their resolution.
• Develop guides, SOPs, and manuals.
• Support enhancements and modifications to workflows.
• Analyze metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Manage relationships with SaaS vendors.
• Assist in gathering and validating asset data.
• Integrate asset data from CMMS platforms with FCA systems.
• Develop project tracking dashboards for clients.
• Implement process enhancements and engineering controls to improve data quality.
• Utilize AI solutions to scale throughput and project deliverables while ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and provide immediate feedback.
• Streamline data collection by uploading information into client CMMS, FCA, RCA, and other systems.
• Consult with prospective clients to identify and develop Asset Services opportunities.
• Scope opportunities, negotiate and draft proposals, and manage opportunity revenue.
• Monitor progress against projected targets and ensure team profitability.
• Anticipate resource requirements for new business opportunities and account growth.
• Travel domestically, estimated at 25%.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• 10 years of experience in data management.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data visualization projects.
• Demonstrated ability to construct, perform, and oversee data analysis activities.
• Preferred experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability-centered maintenance.
• Proven capability to read, comprehend, and apply technical manuals and reference materials.
• Preferred experience in CMMS, FCA, and/or RCA administration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written formats.
• Experience in business analysis, asset management, and risk analysis.
• Ability to make informed recommendations with incomplete data sets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and capacity to multitask.
• Ability to balance the requirements of multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret organizational goals and strategies into service or departmental actions.
• Strong analytical software skills and the ability to accurately manipulate large datasets in various formats.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
