This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, create, and sustain impactful product demonstrations that highlight Omilia’s conversational AI platform across both voice and digital channels.
• Tailor demonstrations to align with customer-specific use cases, industries (such as insurance, banking, retail), and operational settings.
• Ensure that demonstrations emphasize Omilia’s advantages in control, reliability, scalability, and readiness for enterprise use.
• Continuously update demo content to incorporate new product features, roadmap modifications, and market insights.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process, from discovery to proof points and final presentations.
• Present live demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, IT leaders, and contact center operators.
• Assist in technical deep dives, architecture discussions, and solution validation sessions as required.
• Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, simplifying complex AI concepts (NLU, ASR, LLMs) into compelling demo features.
• Comprehend customer requirements and align them with Omilia’s platform capabilities.
• Configure conversational flows, integrations, and AI components to replicate real production scenarios.
• Articulate intricate AI concepts (NLU, ASR, orchestration, LLM usage, guardrails) in straightforward, business-relevant language.
• Provide insights to Product and Engineering based on demo utilization and customer feedback.
• Assist in establishing standardized demo best practices, documentation, and reusable assets.
• Contribute to internal enablement by training sales teams on effectively positioning and utilizing demos.
• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role, ideally within enterprise software.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript, with prior technical experience required.
• Significant experience in building and delivering product demonstrations.
• Comfortable working with conversational AI, contact center technologies, or related fields (IVR, speech recognition, NLP, CCaaS).
• Effective communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on approach with a keen attention to detail and quality.
• Experience with voice AI, conversational design, or customer care platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures.
• Experience in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
• Background in regulated or mission-critical environments (such as financial services, insurance).
