This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create, develop, and sustain impactful product demonstrations that showcase Omilia’s conversational AI platform across both voice and digital channels.
• Tailor demonstrations to align with customer-specific scenarios, industries (such as insurance, banking, retail), and operational settings.
• Ensure that demonstrations emphasize Omilia’s advantages in control, reliability, scalability, and readiness for enterprise use.
• Continuously update demo content to incorporate new product features, roadmap changes, and feedback from the market.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process, from initial discovery to proof points and final presentations.
• Present live demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, IT leaders, and contact center personnel.
• Assist in technical deep dives, architecture discussions, and solution validation sessions as necessary.
• Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, translating intricate AI concepts (NLU, ASR, LLMs) into impressive demo features.
• Comprehend customer needs and align them with Omilia’s platform capabilities.
• Configure conversational flows, integrations, and AI components to replicate real production scenarios.
• Articulate complex AI concepts (such as NLU, ASR, orchestration, LLM usage, and guardrails) in straightforward, business-oriented terms.
• Provide insights to Product and Engineering teams based on demo performance and customer feedback.
• Assist in standardizing demo best practices, documentation, and reusable resources.
• Contribute to internal training by educating sales teams on effectively positioning and utilizing demos.
• Over 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales position, preferably within the enterprise software sector.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience in building and delivering product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, contact center technologies, or related fields (IVR, speech recognition, NLP, CCaaS).
• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on approach with a keen attention to detail and quality.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with voice AI, conversational design, or customer care platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures.
• Experience in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Background in regulated or mission-critical environments (for instance, financial services or insurance).
