This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Create, develop, and sustain impactful product demonstrations that highlight Omilia’s conversational AI platform across both voice and digital mediums.
• Tailor demonstrations to align with specific customer use cases, industries (such as insurance, banking, and retail), and operational settings.
• Ensure that demos effectively showcase Omilia’s advantages in control, reliability, scalability, and readiness for enterprise applications.
• Continuously update demo content to incorporate new product features, roadmap advancements, and market insights.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process, from initial discovery to proof points and final presentations.
• Present live demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives, IT leaders, and contact center personnel.
• Assist with technical deep dives, architectural discussions, and validation sessions for solutions as required.
• Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, simplifying intricate AI concepts (such as NLU, ASR, and LLMs) into engaging demo features.
• Comprehend customer needs and align them with Omilia’s platform capabilities.
• Configure conversational flows, integrations, and AI elements to replicate real production environments.
• Articulate complex AI concepts (including NLU, ASR, orchestration, LLM implementation, and guardrails) in straightforward, business-relevant language.
• Provide insights to Product and Engineering teams based on demo utilization and customer feedback.
• Assist in standardizing demo best practices, documentation, and reusable resources.
• Contribute to internal training by educating sales teams on effectively positioning and utilizing demos.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales position, preferably within the enterprise software sector.
• Proficient in English.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript.
• Significant experience in creating and delivering product demonstrations.
• Comfortable working with conversational AI, contact center technologies, or related fields (including IVR, speech recognition, NLP, and CCaaS).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Experience with voice AI, conversational design, or customer care platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architecture.
• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
• Background in regulated or mission-critical environments (such as financial services or insurance).
