This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, Red team, and pentest programs for both new and existing clients.
• Convert customer security needs into customized program designs and platform settings.
• Facilitate technical program evaluations, initial meetings, and walkthrough sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Resolve technical challenges related to platform integrations, vulnerability workflows, and reporting.
• Serve as a technical liaison during program launches, ensuring seamless transitions and early achievements.
• Offer expert advice on offensive security initiatives, vulnerability triage, communication processes, and integration best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Relationship Managers and sales teams to ensure technical delivery meets customer expectations.
• Work in partnership with Line of Business Owners, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to convey customer feedback and advocate for feature improvements.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Aid in the continuous enhancement of delivery processes to promote consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Bugcrowd’s platform capabilities, bug bounty program models, and pentesting methodologies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and evolving security practices to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services.
• In-depth understanding of pentest, bug bounty, and red team methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
