Senior Technical Project Manager, Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Functional leader of the technical project from the bidding phase to the concept and series development phase.

• Technical interface with the client: responsible for aligning requirements with stakeholders/suppliers.

• Accountable for engineering and requirements management within the project.

• Responsible for system architecture, product definition, and design, ensuring that the product design meets all requirements.

• Ensure management of requirements and design artifacts in specific tools (e.g., DOORS, PTC).

• Lead the technical aspects of specific client projects during the bidding phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education in electronics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in software, hardware, or systems engineering with exposure to the design of technical products (ECU).

• Knowledge in systems engineering, hardware, requirements engineering, and project management.

• Familiarity with embedded systems development (V-cycle) and functional safety (ISO26262).

• A team player who enjoys leading project groups, with a proactive approach and strong project management skills.
