Technical Delivery Lead – North America

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gain insight into their business goals, key metrics, and value drivers.

• Convert those insights into actionable project scopes, delivery plans, and well-defined technical requirements.

• Work in tandem with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and limitations, transforming business objectives into tangible features.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for the client: set expectations, highlight potential risks early, and guarantee that communication remains transparent, structured, and personable.

• Monitor delivery not solely by milestones and deadlines, but by business impact, assessing whether the solution meets its desired outcomes.

• Uncover opportunities for enhancement or expansion by assisting clients in recognizing where technology can generate additional value.

• Advocate for clarity and accountability across distributed teams.

• Facilitate discussions that keep all parties focused on what is most important.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing delivery roles (e.g., Technical PM, Delivery Lead, Product Owner, or similar), where you've been accountable for both understanding business requirements and guiding technical implementation.

• Proficiency in communicating in both technical and business terms - you can discuss tech concepts such as APIs, integrations, architecture, and delivery trade-offs with engineers, as well as product and business aspects.

• Demonstrated experience in converting business objectives into software deliverables - you've transformed ambiguity into clear scopes, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills: you assist teams in making sound decisions swiftly.

• Experience in software delivery environments characterized by complexity, multi-disciplinary teams, and business-critical projects.

• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures. Our teams operate remotely and are globally distributed.
