Technical Delivery Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage client project requests by coordinating between Regional Sales, Project Delivery, Technical, and Product teams.

• Oversee new opportunities, cloud service quotations, hosting services, system configurations, provisioning schedules, and project launches.

• Lead cross-departmental discussions to ensure accurate technical and project specifications are gathered.

• Address discrepancies and ensure requests progress smoothly.

• Utilize Smartsheet and Zendesk to gather, organize, and disseminate project information.

• Facilitate clear and timely communication among internal teams to drive strong client results.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.

• Identify process inefficiencies, suggest enhancements, and optimize operations to bolster client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project delivery with both internal and external clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Systems, or a comparable mix of post-secondary education and work experience.

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-through abilities across various workflows.

• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, relationship-building, and conflict resolution.

• Technical proficiency with analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, AWS, cloud solutions, or technical infrastructures.

• Experience with SAP Business One is considered an advantage.

• Background in using Smartsheet or comparable project/task management tools.
